All was good overall. We booked three rooms, but in one of them the TV kept restarting by itself constantly. In the end, we had to sleep with the TV on because it wouldn’t stop rebooting.

The entire experience of staying here was wonderful. Perfectly clean, great amenities, amazing location - so close to the main square of restaurants and bars for Zaandam, without any noise disturbance from that area of a night. During my booking, and in the lead up to our stay, all contact with the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful with fast responses. They even went above and beyond in their customer service when I added an additional night on to our stay, always being friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to stay in Zaandam again!
