Our stay was really good, the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the elevator was not working. Rest was good, staff was helpful and friendly

Hotel was well maintained and located close to the highway for easy travel to our locations of interest (Mystic and Essex Train). The pool was in great condition, and the included breakfast included multiple options for someone who is GF to not miss out on eating.

Off the beaten path but a great place to stay

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with check in and breakfast place recommendation. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel!

This hotel was amazing! It was clean, had a gym and pool, large room with sink, microwave and fridge. The hair dryer was good and it had great shampoo and conditioner. The staff were super friendly and you even received a welcome snack bag. The only negative was the bed…not comfortable. Overall a great hotel will definitely stay again.

Great stay! In town for new year at casino with family. Spring Hill was super convenient, very friendly staff! Super clean kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good and convenient as well! Only reason for the 4 star rating was because of elevator temporarily out of service but we were made aware ahead of time and were moved to 2nd floor when originally booked on 3rd, which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely consider in the future! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for NYE weekend. Great location for the area, staff was very pleasant and welcoming, greeted us at all times. We had a second floor room, hotel is average in my opinion, the furniture in the rooms & breakfast area are dated and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade, but overall clean! Breakfast was ok as well.
