"No. 1-The price. No.2 The staff No. 3 The spaciousness, I ended up here by Default, (No room at the Conference Hotel., AND was lucky, No 4 . The ground was beautiful, No 5 A spacious, beautiful Condo-I did not expect that. Positive-the attentiveness fo the staff. The only negative was a few maintenance issues, like a lamp not working and loose bathroom cabinet door-but issues were addressed in a timely manner. Overall HIGHLY recommended."
