“Best AirBnb or hotel experience. The interior design, warmth of staff, toiletry offerings, simple and clear directions for the fireplace, every element of detail is carefully tended to at this hotel. The food and drinks in the cafe downstairs were delicious from a foodie perspective and they were happy to accomodate to those with simpler tastes.
The hotel was pleasantly quiet, very walkable to plenty of dining options and GORGEOUS.

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. "The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things."
