Pleasant stay

The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean though the power (Room 6 bed 4) did not work. The comfort could have been improved by adding privacy curtains or similar. However, it was comfortable and reasonable value overall, and I would stay again

Had the best time here. Just a chill place. Got unlucky on second night with this group of people in my room. One dude snored so loud it woke up the dead. Obviously didn’t get much sleep that night. Not the hostel’s fault but was raging. Despite that all good.

Some negatives but I’ll be back again!

I stayed at this lovely place for one night in a standard double room with en-suite. The bar is very good! Friendly staff. The views are extremely picturesque. The only things I could fault are: - The room was very cold when we got back in at around 11pm. - in the morning I went to fill the kettle up but the inside of it was smothered with mould!! So we had to go out and spend £6 on two cups of teas at a cafe☹️ Regardless, I will be staying again.

No stay and no refund!

I would not book. I booked the stay on the Saturday morning, then set off for Newquay. On arrival the man behind the bar was laughing at us saying how he hopes we aren't going to spend the night here as they have no hot water, wishing us luck... I was 'helped' by a supervisor and she gave me the upmost confidence that I will be able to get a refund for the stay. But this was not possible. When I asked her then for a rebooking of the stay to a future day, she just stopped contacting me back. So I spent £70 for them to just keep. I was told that I was emailed about the boiler issue, but this was incorrect too. In a nutshell, rude, unwelcoming staff, lack of communication for the boiler issue, snubbed away after unsuccessful refund request from Hotels.com. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Che vista! Questo ostello si affaccia letteralmente sul mare. La posizione sulla scogliera è davvero il punto forte!. Comodissimo anche il pub sottostante (con sconto riservato). Il clima generale è davvero bello, ci sono molti giovani; La stanza avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione qua e la; consigliamo un pochino di cura in più nella pulizia, soprattutto nella polvere e nella biancheria. Sappiamo benissimo che non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma qualche attenzione in più renderebbe tutto più gradevole. Certo è che questa vista ...ti fa dimenticare ogni difetto!

Hotels reklamerer med Kontinental frokost, hvor frokost kunne fåes i to varianter forhåndsbestilt ved innsjekk. Enten vegan eller kjøtt, meget dårlig. Frokosten ble tatt et annet sted. Varmt på rommet, liten mulighet for lufting og ingen aircondition.

Bra läge med fin utsikt. Dubbelrummet var toppen. Trevlig pub på nedervåningen. Hjälpsam personal. Många unga backpackers vilket gör att det kan låta ganska mycket på natten dock.
