My daughter and I had a lovely stay here, great location, nice sized room with mini fridge and microwave. I’d like to thank the lovely staff, especially Lyvie & Oceane. They never grew tired of my questions, always ready to help with a smile.Looking forward to returning in December.

The hotel was close by to Cassin tram stop so it was easy to go into town or the airport (we actually walked from the airport on arrival and it took about 15 mins). There is a supermarket close by too - less than 10 min walk away. Breakfast the hotel is way too pricey so I would recommend walking to the intermarche and buying some pastries for breakfast.

The guy at the reception desk in the morning was not friendly: no flexibility to check in earlier than 3 pm nor to leave us in the same room because I added one night after making the 1st reservation. Luckily, the lady in the afternoon was the opposite. Told us it wouldn't make sense to move us which we agreed. There were issues with electricity, so the hallway was dark & we had concerns about the elevator. Otherwise, convenient to airport & the city by tram. Nice roof deck to watch planes.

Good option on budget

The room is big. The check in process was easy. The bed could be better, bat was OK. There is a kitchen with almost everything you need except a wine opener. I paid a fee of €25 per night for parking. The elevator to the parking garage was broken when I checked out. The young lady in the front desk was very kind but useless to know when the elevator was going to be working. She told me she was alone and can’t check because of that, which you have to be aware about if you have a problem during your stay. The staff is really nice. I complained about some odour coming out of the bathroom and the manager came to check and sprayed some fresheners

Mostly kind staff, one particularly angry and discourteous team member. The room AC did not work, and there was a trash dumpster set afire outside the hotel - thus the fumes entered our room (because we opened the window due to nonexistent AC). However, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor pool - and we didn’t use the sauna, but it’s a nice perk.

Be sure to clean your room / kitchen ….. or else

Started off badly as receptionist took 150 Euros by mistake but cud t refund it. 3 days later it was sorted. Hotel fair, rooms clean .Had to remove all personal rubbish and no towel change or bedding change over 5 nights . Roof terrace great views of Nice.and airport lol . trams close for easy access to central Nice and walking distance to airport. Close to St Augustine rail station for connections to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes . Overall satisfactory .
If not let spotless 150 euro will be taken off your credit card
Make sure you remove every bit of your rubbish and deposit in bins at rear of hotel

Stayed with family of 4 for 1 night in August. Fire alarm went off twice in the night 3am and 8am resulting in everyone crashing reception for reasons, chaos reigned. Hottub was like pea soup, inside pool and sauna could do with a good clean. Room could do with a refresh as skirting boards loose, door handles missing and a fair few scrapes and bumps. Short walk from the airport a bonus. 10 minutes on the tram to Nice center. Rooftop area good, bit busy but gets quiet later. We managed to have it all to ourselves from 10pm to 11pm.

The bed was not made, so we had to ask for linens and make the bed ourselves. There was also no soap in the room so had to go back to reception for that. The air conditioning was broken so they provided a noisy fan that I had to help them assemble. There was no possibility to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. All in all not a hotel I’d go back to. Will point out though that the staff were polite and provided a free breakfast as compensation.

There was an hour long line up to check in with only 1 person on reception. He didn’t care and said it was a normal day so why not have 2 people on reception at check in time. They don’t supply pool towels, only gave us 1 bath towel, then said we had to use our bath towel and they would charge us for extra clean towels. There’s no milk supplied for a cup of tea or coffee. The desk refused to give us any. The desk sign states there’s bar snacks available to purchase with a price list, but there wasn’t ever any at all from the list over our 3 days. The room notes state that you have to empty your bins out in the street yourself. We think 25 euros per day parking is a little expensive. The room size and the pools were good.

Clean property. Comfortable. A few gripes though. Steps broken on swimming pool, so could not get out properly . Only 2 hangers in room, also there was no drawers to put clothes in. So clothes had to stay in case ! We stayed 5 nights. The fire alarm went off at 3am on 2 nights for quite some time . The first time I was obviously quite concerned, but nobody was evacuating! It seemed to be a common occurrence. I think my biggest annoyance was when we checked in, we paid €150 in cash for a breakage deposit, which I had read about. The receptionist put the cash carefully in an envelope, and luckily I requested a receipt, as when we checked out our envelope had gone missing !! They checked and checked and said they would have to credit my card later ! . I wasn’t happy as I needed the cash to use at the airport , so I provided my receipt and after phoning her manager she gave me the deposit out of the petty cash tin. Clean comfortable hotel , but in my opinion not worth the money. Needs drawer and cupboard space in rooms, and swimming pool steps need to be fixed!
