We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Stayed for 5 nights friends. The house boat we stayed in was new . Plenty of room for the three of us. Great for a small family. The office was very friendly. Such a fun alternative to a hotel room. We can’t wait to book again next year.
