Great location and amenities for the price. The pool area created a wonderful place to relax and the in lobby tour guides were extremely helpful

Helpful staff. Bathroom could be better due to paint condition. Area nearby is a bit rough but ths hotel is quiet and safe.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vista do Lago. The logistics for picking us up in downtown Manaus and taking us to the lodge and returning us to the airport were well organized and everything went smoothly. Upon our arrival, we were warmly received before proceeding to our bungalow which had everything we needed (comfortable beds, air conditioning, towels, a fridge stocked with cold drinks that we could enjoy as needed and pay for at the end of our stay). The meals were wonderful. First of all, there was a lot of variety (including lots of delicious fish) to choose from. The fresh fruit and desserts were also yummy! But the chef also made special gluten-free carb options for my friend. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful and always stood ready to help. The excursions were very enjoyable and we appreciated having a mix of nature-based activities with getting a sense of how people in the village and surrounding areas live. During our stay, there were families with children who enjoyed the small pool. And we all enjoyed the hammocks in the common area. I would return there in a heartbeat!

The apartment was clean and welcoming. The bedroom AC was great, but the living room fan did not cool it down as much. Our main trouble was getting into the complex, as it is gated and the security was tight. When we arrived they did not want to let the Uber go down to the apartment, and questioned us nearly every time we tried to get back in. The security/facial recognition program did not work for me so I had to ask to be let in every time. However the apartment was great==close to shopping and just a few minutes away from the beach. It was clean and had every thing we needed.
