Ocean Garden Villas P3 – Oceanfront Beach Vacation Condominium. Our “Home away from home”.

Fully remodeled fall/winter 2021/2022. After 15 years owning our great beach-front condo we decided to perform a full remodel. Removed popcorn ceilings, repainted everything, both bathrooms redone, replaced the drapes with plantation shutters, new ceiling fans and lighting.

All new kitchen cabinets, counters, lighting and stainless appliances.

We replaced the floors, mattresses and furniture in 2019. New water heater in 2020 and a new Heater/AC in 2021.

Comfortably decorated two bedroom/two bathroom ocean-front condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC - just a few short steps to the sand. Complete with your own private balcony with a direct view of the beach and ocean. Our condo was redecorated just a few years ago with new carpet/tile, drapes, furniture, appliances, etc.

Ocean Garden Villas is a very comfortable and clean 3-story condo complex, located along the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. There are miles of beautiful, wide sandy beaches in both directions. The perfect place for a family vacation.

We are located about 2.5 miles north of Barefoot Landing and 9 miles south of Little River, or 11 miles to Calabash, NC. Crescent Beach is about 15 miles north of the city of Myrtle Beach.

Additional Info: Along with the two large bedrooms and bathrooms there is also a newly updated kitchen that looks through the dining area and living room out to the private oceanfront balcony. The living room has a TV with both a VCR and DVD. The condo has central heating and air-conditioning, plus each room also has its own ceiling fan, including the dining area. The unit also has its own washer dryer. We find it so much easier to do your laundry without having to leave the comfort of the condo and no waiting. We also have Wi-Fi at no additional charge.

Our condo provides beautiful views of the ocean and the beach from your own private 3rd floor balcony. For those times when you may want to relax away from the beach, the complex has a great pool and sundeck. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator in our building.

We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We provide all bedroom and bathroom linens in the rental price. You do need your own beach towels though. We also provide departure cleaning in the rental price.

Location Information: A great benefit of Ocean Garden Villas is its close proximity to all the family amusements and attractions that make Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach so popular. From the condo you are just a few short steps away from water sports including banana boat rides and Sea Doo rentals.

Ripley’s Aquarium, Believe It or Not Museum, Haunted Adventure and 4-D moving theater, Imax Theater, ice cream shops, water sports, indoor miniature golf, Casino Boats, gourmet dining, concerts, Dolphin Sighting Cruises, Fishing Charters, freshwater fishing, Family Kingdom amusement park, water parks, day spas, jet ski rentals, Myrtle Beach Pelicans professional baseball team, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Centers, Alligator Adventure, Alabama Theatre, Freestyle Music Park, Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament Show, Le Grande Cirque, Legends in Concert, and more!

Family Getaway

Our stay was so great that we honestly didn’t want to leave. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony and pool was nice with gorgeous views. There was plenty of space for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids. I would definitely recommend this property.

The perfect stay! This condo was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a clean, pleasant smell. The little storage unit outside the room was convenient and kept from tracking in sand. The condo was located close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were cozy and made for an overall wonderful stay. We will be booking again next year.

Solid Vacation Spot

Overall a very nice stay. The unit definitely needs some updates, and the owners were upfront about storm damage that they need to address. The location is excellent and with updates could be an excellent vacation rental.

Amazing Stay

The house was clean, the check in process was seamless and you can’t beat the location. We did not need to communicate with property management or the owners because we didn’t have any issues. The house was perfect for our family of three, including a three year old. We would love to stay again next time we are in town.

Property needs some updates. Paint and repair. Smelled very musty and we ran out to purchase febreze and air fresheners right away. Balcony furniture needs repair. Screen in dining area had a decent size hole and I had to kill several hornet's that got in.

Great view!

Check in was fantastic and explained clearly! Expectations and check out was made clear well in advance. The owners responded to all communication in a timely fashion. The view is spectacular! The place was a bit older than expected and lots of things needed fixing. Was not as clean as expected. Master bed was rough! Bedsheets were crazy soft! Would have been nice to have a few staple items, like salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, etc there.

Would stay here again

The condo was conveniently located in a very safe and quiet area. The rooms were exactly as pictured. We basically had the pool and beach to ourselves during our stay which was really nice. My only complaint is that when we arrived at 4:00 to check-in the cleaning lady was still in the condo and was not even close to being ready for us. We were told to come back after 30 minutes and it might be ready. So we took a small walk on the beach. After 4:30 we came back and it still wasnt ready, but we were told we could hang out on the balcony. After a 7 hour car ride with 2 small kids I was not expecting that at all and was very inconvenient. One of the outside tall chairs has a rip in it and could not be used, as well as one side on the love seat recliner. I would suggest getting both of those fixed for future renters. The kitchen was fully stocked and having the washer/dryer unit inside was very helpful. This condo was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

4th July getaway

Location was great we were right steps away from the beach. We went 4th July weekend and the fireworks show was amazing we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the show. The building looks old on the outside but the rooms were newly renovated.parking is terrible so you don’t really want to move your car because when you get back you won’t have a park even though you are allowed two spaces.

North Myrtle Beach

Very nice unit inside. The exterior needs a little TLC. It was quite noisy during the week with some remodeling in the units below and maintenance crews etc. Toaster malfunctioned a couple of time that set off fire alarm but was able to get the alarm to reset within seconds of it going off. Very comfortable unit and view is fantastic. Would certainly recommend this unit for a trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Great and quiet place to stay on Crecent Beach

This condo is spectacular with all the new updates and cleanliness! We enjoyed the quiet corner balcony and views of the beach. The owners were very responsive with any needs or questions. There was key access to outside closet with everything we needed to take down to the beach, such as umbrellas, chairs and floatation boards for the water. We highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect CLEAN Beach Getaway

Growing up going to southern Florida during the off season, my family and I were looking for something similar to our Florida vacations. This condo unit in Crescent Beach was perfect. The unit itself was as described in the Vrbo description. There was a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you could need. The washer and dryer within the unit was great! One thing I did notice was both showers lacked hand rails for anyone needing the extra support while showering. While this was not a necessity for my family, it could be for others. By far the best amenity the condo had to offer was the balcony. While small, we still found ourselves (2 adults and 2 teens) soaking in the views and people watching every chance we could. While this was my families first Vrbo experience as well as first trip to Crescent Beach it won't be our last.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and a great location. The 3rd floor corner was really convenient to the beach walkway and had a nice breeze on the porch. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. Perfect for our family trip!

This condo was very nice and well maintained. The ocean and beach view from the balcony and even inside the unit was amazing. There was 1 minor issue during the stay but the owner was prompt to respond.
