We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for.
Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee.

I absolutely LOVED staying here excellent customer service the staff is super nice, very convenient, walkable, cleaned, decorated very nice, I absolutely recommend it 5 STAR.
