"I liked its location, just half a mile from the Kennedy Center. I liked the international feel of the hotel. It had old world European charm and a very diverse staff and guests. I felt very well taken care of by the staff as they went out of their way to make sure I could park my car on the property. All staff members were very respectful and hospitable. It's a very quiet hotel/well insulated. I didn't hear any noise from the street or elevators. I loved that! "

"The staff at this hotel is AMAZING!! They were so friendly and fun, knowledgeable about the city and how to get around, helpful with maps and the best places to go. They threw a pre-party for the 4th of July, with ice cold drinks, snacks, beads and fun glasses -very festive!! Everyone was so nice! The manager even got us tickets to sit on the grandstand for the Independence Day parade! Outstanding! Best hotel stay I have ever had! "
