“great place to stay ”

“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?”

“Nice, comfortable clean room. Amenities were very good - coffee, dishes, fridge, etc. Beds were an 8 out of 10. Bedcovers were nice but a little heavy. Living room sofa (a fold out bed?) was like sitting on a board, not comfortable. Bathroom was excellent with one exception, the handheld shower wand didn’t work, however the shower worked ok and the tub was excellent with a non-slip area that greatly helped safely standing in the tub. Overall a very nice room.”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”
