AMAZING
This property is a diamond in the ruff. If you blink your eyes, you will drive right passed it! The property is clean, spacious, yet cozy, and has amazing views of the ocean. The property boasts a beautiful outdoor space with an area to hang out and to play a little golf. The property owners left fantastic directions and were there if needed at any time. This is a must if you are in Oceanside!

Great Property
Beautiful location and wonderful home. Great view of the beach and a 3 minute walk to the sand. Just enough above to avoid the crowds of people walking by on the Strand the whole time. You can hear the ocean the whole time if you open the doors/windows. The deck and backyard are fantastic. I would rent this home again!

We will be back for sure!
What a perfect place to stay when looking for a beach house in SoCal. The owners thought of everything. The pictures and description did a good job of describing the property, but they do not do it justice. You have to rent and stay there to really see how great it is. Literally see and hear the waves crashing on the beach, and feel the ocean breeze through the open back accordion door. Any future visits to SoCal will be planned around this house availability. If you're looking and still trying to decide, just book it. You won't regret it!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Oceanside
The descriptions, including photos accurately represent this house above the north end of Oceanside Beach. The property offers a sense of expansiveness with the sliding glass doors open from the main room onto a view over rooftops to the palm trees and ocean. While the house is physically small, its openness, patio and sliding doors, offer a feeling of space for even a family of 6 with 3 children, aged 6-11. The kitchen is very amply provided for with plenty of dishes, including a variety of them, along with abundant pots and pans. It was easy for us to cook during our multi-week stay. More than any other beach property we have used, there are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boards for riding the surf and even an umbrella. We left an additional board since the 7 year old needs a new, larger one. There are 2 air conditioners that perform very well. We rarely used them, as the cool summer temperatures made the house very comfortable. The children enjoyed the fire pit outside, and the adults cooked on the charcoal grill and read in the plentiful seating space on the patio. The description is clear about the absence of parking at the home. However, we found that there was ample city parking available nearly in front of the house, especially if we didn't move the car during the busy afternoons of Saturday and Sunday. The owners are very responsive and generous in their information about the house. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did.

The house was clean and exactly as described. The ocean view was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were beach chairs to take to the ocean and toys for the kids to play with. It was a short walk to the beach and it is a lovely beach. There was a festival going on down by the Pier and our only concern was the parking which was stated up front and Mike did reimburse us for our parking permits. We had trouble finding a place to park on the weekend and it discouraged us from going out in case we couldn't find a parking place when we came back.

Amazing Views, location, amenities and host! I don't want to get too excited about this property as i fear the house may not be available for us again when we book again next year, but I have to because this property and the host, Michael, deserves praise. Wonderful home with wonderful views. Kitchen well stocked, we really appreciated the beach chairs and boogies boards. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and lotion which was nice plus there was soap for the laundry machine. Only comment, which nothing can be done about, is that there’s a lot of street noise in the front two bedrooms. We just played some white noise for the kids to sleep, but it’s nice to be aware of this. Overall perfect spot for our family vacation- no complaints and will be coming back for more.

This was such a wonderful property. The view is incredible with sunsets every night. The house was wonderfully equipped and we were so happy with the quality of kitchen equipment. The hosts were super attentive and so easy to work with. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely Perfect!
This place is just fabulous. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old and 1 year old. The three rooms are plenty of space for a family of 4, and the living/kitchen area are nice too. When the kids went to bed, we spent every night on the patio outside, playing scrabble and listening to the waves. The host is so friendly and assisted us with our concerns. Our biggest issue was the lack of a gate on the steps down to the mini golf. The host immediately went and fitted a baby gate on the open staircase so we wouldn't have to worry about that! Thank you! A few things to know - there are beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No wagon, so if you have kids I highly recommend bringing your own. The walk to the beach is SO fast! Barely a few minutes and there is a restroom right at the top of the sand, so no need to walk back to the house for that. The parking is tricky but thats typical for a beach property. My suggestion is to stay in the lot across the street and pay every 24 hours. here's the catch - you HAVE to pay exactly at the 24 hour mark (either 6 pm or 8 am.) if you walk to the parking lot at 5:30pm, expecting to pay for another 24 hours, you can't. You literally have to wait till 6 pm to pay. Once you get the hang of it, its really not that hard at all! Just plan your day accordingly. Next time we will choose 8 am instead of 6 pm. The only thing I'm sad about is having to leave!! We can't wait to stay here again, just an excellent property!!!

Location and View!
This was a wonderful stay for my family! Great location and amazing ocean views from the patio and living space. The kiddos especially loved the mini golf and putting green. Short walk to beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants. The owner communicated with us prior to check in and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this spot.

Great views and great place
This is a great location walkable to the beach, Oceanside pier, and shopping. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The home has a warm feeling to it. The view is lovely with ocean sounds and the golf was a fun extra activity. Kitchen is stocked. Wifi worked well. Perfect for my family of 5. The downside is my husband had to wake up at 5:30 am every morning to move our car to a lot that would work. Parking is ridiculous there and you have to constantly move your car. That part we did not enjoy, but otherwise was great!

Really nice place to chill on the ocean view patio
Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with the family. Chilled on the Oceanview patio and took walks along the beachfront. Michael the host was always quick to respond to communications and ready to give tips for the local area. The backyard crazy golf games was an added bonus.
