“Room was not clean. Hair on the floor, bed etc. Even the floor seemed dirty. Tried reaching out to Expedia but they wouldn't refund me for the second day. WiFi details were not available and when I reached out to the property they replied the next day. ”

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new.
