We liked the location. The property is 2 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Lots of good food option at the train station. The property is well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is in a good condition but the bathroom is dated. No smell and the cleaning crew kept it very clean. The bedding feels pretty new and clean as well. We will come back to stay here again if we come to Tokyo.

Really appreciated staying right at Tokyo Station after a long flight, and given we used the station daily. Do pay attention to where this is and what exit you leave, because your 2-minute walk could easily become 30 if you go out the wrong exit. BEAUTIFUL lobby with a wonderful model train set. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. Room was TINY TINY but standard for Japan. Pretty views from up high. Would recommend/stay again.

We had an awful experience with this hotel. The booking description that the room sleeps 5 people is misleading and completely inaccurate. It only slept 3 people and one of us had to sleep on the floor. The hotel staff were laughing at us when we were trying to politely explain the situation. They also only thought we had 3 people, which was always 4 people. The hotel room was set up for 3. There was only 3 pajamas, 3 waters, 3 slippers, etc It was all very uncomfortable and I would never recommend this hotel. It was the smallest room I’ve ever seen and the most expensive per night at almost $500 CAD. The description claimed it had two twin beds plus one twin trundle. The description of one twin trundle is a bed that has two separate mattresses and sleeps two separate people therefore that room should sleep four people comfortably and it actually says it can sleep up to five. However they don’t state that it’s actually only one twin and one twin trundle so really only three people can sleep in that room unless you were the tiniest humans alive. Expedia called the hotel to see if they could give us a refund but they denied. Because it was so late the day we checked in we could not find another room available in the area otherwise we would’ve left that hotel. It was super unfortunate and the situation put us in a very uncomfortable position. As Expedia is the booking agent, I would have expected more from them. I won’t be booking any hotels or any trips through Expedia again!
