Everything I say is if course my experience. A lot I will share is solely to inform what they will be prepared for. Overall my experience was good. Upon arrival I was greeted.. The hotel clerk was very nice and he explained everything well. He was very informative and detailed. The hotel is gorgeous and i eventually learned of everything the hotel offers closer til when it was time to leave. The rooms are decent size and clean. The bed is comfortable and they provided fluffy pillows. A little more firm would’ve been more to liking. However, I defiantly got my sleep. Now it will be hot when you exit the elevator. My room was hot when I arrived. I had to turn the air on and it quickly cooled off. The air might have been off because the room wasn’t being occupied. The had good Wi-Fi. The maids were nice and quick with getting things we asked for. It was very affordable. The only things that I didn’t like was the Diner/kitchen area was closed so that sucks… and then service from a clerk on one of those nights I stayed. They do have parking .. there is a parking fee depending on what day you’re there and they’re outside….

Good hotel, staff and room were nice.

Inside the hotel, the housekeeping team — Yon, Zoraida, Yaquelin, Marleidis, Edelsis and Mayré among others— work incredibly hard to maintain the rooms and common areas. They are quick to pick up any trash guests leave outside their doors and handle any spills or food accidents right away. Their dedication shows in every corner of the hotel. This team works beautifully under the supervision of Pamela, who is always smiling and ensures every detail is taken care of. She coordinates closely with the front desk staff — Reggie and Adrian — who maintain open communication so everything gets done promptly and smoothly. I’m truly grateful for the cleaning team’s effort and at Kompose Hotel, it’s clear that it’s a top priority. Their hard work makes the stay comfortable, pleasant, and worry‑free.

The Hotel stay includes access to the separate health club. The Trellis spa is a separate business— they offer excellent services but not access to health club. If you book a hotel stay note that you can go to Trellis spa only if you are getting services there. The website does not make this clear.
