A Wonderful Experience
My family and I have been so fortunate to travel to so many wonderful places and have stayed at some pretty wonderful homes. However, we, without any hesitation, can say that Marijana's home is without a doubt our favorite. Our time in Croatia was magical and we so looked forward to coming "home" after a long day of adventuring to this wonderful house. It's location is remote but is within distance of most places you would want to visit in Croatia. The house has everything you would need and is absolutely stunning from the landscaping to the amenities. Air-conditioning in every room, gorgeous bathrooms, a large pool, sauna and hot-tub, as well as a nice outdoor fireplace. Speaking of which, we chose to try our hand at making a Crotian meal in the fireplace called a Peka, which Marijana was very helpful at explaining how to make, I would recommend you try it. In addition, for 10-15 Kuna, you can snag some fresh bread at the top of the hill each morning. There are so many wonderful things to say about our stay. Thank you Marijana for everything, you were wonderful and we hope to come back. Dovidenja! Evan and family

Absolutely fabulous villa
We had a lovely stay at this outstanding villa which is maintained to an exceptional high standard. Everything you could possible need if provided. The pool area is beautiful and looks towards amazing mountains. Many a fun hour spent around it. There is plenty to do within a short driving distance. The 3 teenage children thoroughly enjoyed the Zipwire experience and we all enjoyed our self drive speed boat trip up the Cetina River. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area to keep everyone happy. The coastline is stunning with plenty of beautiful coastal towns well worth a visit, Split, Baska Voda, Omis being just a few. The property owners are lovely people who kindly left us some local supplies for our arrival and brought us a delicious local dish midweek - Soparnik, which we all loved it. Perfect hosts. Beautiful villa with fabulous hosts
We booked this villa for a family holiday consisting of 8 adults and one toddler. We chose this property due to the amazing reviews and we weren’t disappointed. The villa is really beautiful and in a very scenic location. You do need a car to make the best out of your holiday but it’s great to be in such a peaceful area where you can spend quality, family time. Marijana and Robert were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were always on hand to offer advice on places to visit and eat. They spent some time with us and brought us a traditional meal to try and some lovely homemade wine which was a nice touch. They also came to us to say goodbye at the end of our stay and gave us a gift of fruit liquors. The villa was spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped for all our needs. We made use of the pool, hot tub and sauna throughout our stay. Marijana loaned us some toys to keep the little one entertained. We also made use of the BBQ in the evenings. The fresh bread delivery every morning was most welcome. We had a very positive experience staying at the villa and there is nothing negative to say at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends wanting to visit Croatia.

Stunning villa with views
The villa was very modern, stylish and well equipped with plenty of space for the 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids). Set in the middle of nowhere with gorgeous views but within easy reach of Omis. Marijana and Robert were brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. They assisted us with our lost baggage, emergency dental appointments, parking tickets as well as booking us onto some fabulous trips - rafting, private boat hire for the day and a wonderful local restaurant to try the famous Peka! They also brought us local food and wine to try! This is a great base for discovering the beautiful Dalmatian coastal region. The photos do not do the villa justice - it is truly spectacular! We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna! We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern villa, excellent air conditioning, beautiful views. Pool excellently maintained. Car a must, rural villa, but lots to do in locality and 15 minutes drive to Omis. Hosts very friendly, easy to contact and helpful, organized rafting for us. Bread van deliveries in morning an added bonus.

An amazing villa
Villa Mosor was even better than the photos! The villa was spotless, very modern and stylish and well equipped. The hot tub was great for cooler nights, and we made great use of the infinity pool on hot days. There were beautiful views from the terrace, which was very private and not overlooked. Every morning we bought fresh bread and pastries from the bakery van man that stopped right outside the villa! Robert and Marijana were great hosts, welcoming us to the villa with homemade liquors and a huge bowl of fresh cherries from the tree outside. They even treated us to authentic Croatian Soparnik and homemade wine and were always contactable for advice on things to do, local restaurants and for any questions we had regarding the villa. We loved our trip to Croatia and would highly recommend Villa Mosor.

Amazing Villa - Stunning location
We have just returned from week at this amazing villa, with wonderful facilities and breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The location - situated in Smolonje a small village near the dalmation coast. There isn't much in the village itself, but every morning, the baker's van drives by with fresh bread and croissants. the nearest town is Omis, (about 20 mins drive) which is also beautiful, where the river meets the sea. Some lovely restaurants in the old town and fantastic beaches all along this area of the coast. You definitely need a car to get around though. The Villa - the villa is immacculate and has 5 double/twin bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We were a family of 4 adults and 4 kids under11 and there was plenty of room for us. The kids made great use of the heated pool and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. There is a large basement with a table tennis table that we all used. The outside area has the most amazing views, that are even better in real-life! Well equipped BBQ amd seating for al-fresco dining too. The owners - Robert and Marijana were perfect hosts. They met us on our arrival day to explain how everything works. They made sure there were a few beers in the fridge and drinks when we arrived. They even left us us some home-made fruit liqueur. They made sure they were on hand if we needed any recommendations to eat and activities, even going so far as making the booking for us. They were never obtrusive, just available if we needed anything. They also brought around some local food during the week - soparnik and some home-made wine to share, both of which were delicious. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. In short, if you are looking at this villa for your holiday to Croatia, book it! You definitely won't regret it!

Perfect villa with the most amazing views!
We highly recommend Villa Mosor! The reviews were spot on - the villa has everything you need and more and the views are breathtaking. It catered perfectly for us - 4 adults and 3 children (who spent their time between the pool and hot tub). Marijana and Robert went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday and we even got to sample the delicious soparnik(?) and walnut wine. Fantastic hosts who couldn't do enough. They even took the stress out of booking our excursions - the zipline is a must as is the Krka National Park and boat ride where you can shower under the waterfalls. Costs are reasonable. We loved the natural beauty of Croatia. A very relaxing holiday. We will definitely return!

Outstanding Property With Amazing Owners!!
We have just returned from Croatia after spending one week at this fantastic property. We were a mixed group of Swedes and Americans, with two children and five adults. The house itself is very spacious, well equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay, both inside and out. One of the highlights of the property is the amazing outside space, with a beautiful pool and BBQ area. We enjoyed most of our evening meals poolside, while taking in the wonderful sights and sounds of the valley below. The house is located in a very peaceful valley in the little village of Smolonje, which about 15 minutes by car from the town of Omis. We used it as a basecamp for daytrips to Split, Trogir, and Zadar. We also visited Omis several times and can highly recommend the seaside Restaurant Zvizdan, where you can have a great meal and go for a swim afterwards. There are several small grocery stores within a few minutes of the house, with a much larger store available in Omis. I cannot say enough about the owners of the property, Marijana and Robert - they are truly exceptional! They went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable stay. They met us on day one and proudly gave us a tour to review all of the house amenities and answer any questions that we had. We concluded with a welcome toast of homemade walnut and cherry liqueurs. One evening they even brought us homemade wine and a traditional local meal, along with fresh vegetables from their garden. Throughout the week, they were always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations and assist in booking excursions. (Marijana even met us very early one morning in Omis to ensure that we found parking and made it on time to a planned speedboat tour.) We were sad to leave, but they gave us a lovely parting gift of traditional liqueurs to remember our stay. Thank you Robert and Marijana for an amazing week! I can highly recommend your wonderful property without hesitation! You are truly exceptional hosts!!

Amazing property, amazing country, amazing people!
What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Mosor! We stayed there with our 3 kids for almost 2 weeks, last June. The villa is truly amazing! It is clean, well furnished, and with a breathtaking view from the pool area. It is even better than what you can see on the video! Even thus a car is needed, it is very close to the charming Omis, with its nice cafes, restaurants, sand beaches and outdoor activities. Split is also close by. Special thanks to Marijana and Robert, and to Robert's mother, who were all so nice and helpful. Those fresh warm figs, picked directly from the backyard, will be remembered for a long time! We really enjoyed having dinners with you guys and we will remember for a long time that world cup 2018 where Croatia made it to the finals! Thanks again for those gifts when we left, it was very special for us. Definitely the best summer vacation we had, and the nicest place we stayed in. We are already thinking of going back! An amazing, high spec modern house in a beautiful, quiet location, with wonderful hosts.
We are an extended family group of nine people , ages ranging from 16 years to 67 years. We all loved this house. Everything was top spec. and worked. Air conditioning in all rooms, which we needed in late June. Amazing bathrooms and three rooms with en-suites. The outdoor space was lovely with some shade, but mostly sunny, a barbecue area and the infinity pool, which we all loved. The location suited us, because it was in a very quiet village, with stunning views, but a short drive to some small shops, and Omis with fruit and vegetables stalls and a supermarket a 20 minute drive away. What made the whole experience exceptional was the attentive but not intrusive owners and hosts, Marijana and Robert. They met us on arrival, showed us around and we enjoyed a toast of home made liquor. There was fruit and drinks in the fridge. They left leaflets of activities that they recommended, and said we could call them anytime. And we did. One of the group needed medical attention and they liased with us and the local medics and sorted out an ambulance and called around to make sure all was OK. Which it was. Which was a massive help to us. But also we wanted to do something special on my nieces 18th birthday, and they arranged a private boat trip in a historic wooden boat, to the island, which included lunch in a small, beautiful cove, just for us. The high spot of our holiday! Other trips to Krka waterfalls, Split and Zip Line in Omis were also great. Thoroughly recommend this holiday house. The Clayton, Green and Buck family., England

Marijana nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans sa magnifique maison. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable, maison tout confort, très propre, très fonctionnelle. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa und der Umgebung war sehr entspannend und erholsam. Die Landschaft ist sehenswürdig. DIe Villa ist sehr sauber und hält den modernen Ansprüchen stand. Vor Ort ist alles, was man braucht. Die Villa kann ich jedem empfehlen, der die Ruhe sucht und vom Massentourismus etwas Abstand gewinnen möchte. DIe Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. A fantastic villa with infinity pool and a great view
We had a great time in a very nice, clean and luxurious house. Everything was top notch. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the outside kitchen with grill. The pool was wonderful and the view! Our hosts Marijana and Robert were very nice to us and treated us with local food and wine one evening, a nice surprise that we very much appreciated. We really can recommend this house!

So marvelous vacation
We had wonderful holiday in Villa Mosor 😍 Our family, seven adults and three children became here to spent my 60's anniversary day. Villa was more than we expected, so peaceful, tidy and beautiful. Weather was quite hot so the pool was very popular, but because we are from Finland we also loved sauna and jacuzzi.. Marijana and Robert are so lovely and helpful persons, and they suprised us offering home made wine and food, really tasty, thanks a lot for that 😍 We couldn't either get enough looking views of surrounding mountains. So beautiful! Wish that were could come back Croatia and Villa Mosor.
