Room and property clean, need new beds tho. Too many street people in the back parking lot as well as around dumpster, they werent a bother tho, just didnt trust them

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was really smelly , it smelt like a dead animal lol. The air conditioner didn't work well. How people usually say: what you pay for us what you get.

The entire hotel is extremely outdated and not properly cleaned. The carpets were stained and sticky and there were chip crumbs on the floor in my room. The beds are very low to the ground, warped, the mattress has springs that stab into your ribs while you sleep, and the comforter was very itchy. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows and the pillows themselves were extremely worn out and of poor quality. The lady at the front desk was very kind and the location is decent, however, I would never stay here again. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting rooms! Very out dated and in desperate need of upgrades and cleaning. The bathroom fan didn't work. Paint flaking and bubbling of the bathroom walls. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Linen was old and dirty. Towels were stained. Bathtub and I entire bathroom was dirty. No coffee in the rooms. No elevator. Breakfast was bare minimum of basically toast and coffee. Exterior of building was run down and dirty. The front step concrete had a big piece missing and I twisted my ankle stepping down which could have been a tragic for our vacation. Only good thing I could say is checking out was a pleasure to do!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The first room we were given, both door chain locks were broke. One of the queen bed frames was broke. We requested an alternate room, which was promptly done. Second room appeared to be renovated and beds comfy. Took forever to get hot water for showers and tub drain was plugged so water backed up to ankles while showering. One small extension cord (with no ground) was run from a main plug to TV and lamp. This left the microwave with no place to plug in. We had to move the microwave to an end table to use it. Price was good, staff was great. Good value for the price overall.
