The hotel was lovely, the suite was spacious and clean and the outdoor pool and hot tub were awesome! Walkability to everything was pretty good. Sadly my husband slipped on ice in the outdoor free parking lot as we were getting the car to leave at the end of our stay and took a serious fall. For the amount we spent, the parking lot should be serviced when the weather changes to make sure it is a safe surface to walk on. When we told the front desk staff they didn't even apologize.

Is what it is. Very noisy very late into the night. Even after 12 am. Doors slamming. Kids knocking on doors and running. Pizza boxes left outside of doors for over 1 day and a half. Not enough staff presence.

The property was overall ok but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all that we had to check out one night early to go home to our beds. The hotel was close to all the amenities in the village which was the highlight.
