The young man who checked us in was the epitome of kindness. His name was Diego and he was super friendly. His calm demeanor made the process so pleasant. I would gladly stay at you resort again.

Very Quiet

This looks like one of the older Westgate properties, the apt was clean but had a musty smell, the people at the front desk were great. The property is in a great location for seaworld and universal. Overall it was a good stay but will try to book at Westgate lakes next time.
