Welcome to The Towers at Parkview Bay. 5th floor! Located on convenient 1 mile marker of the Grand Glaize bridge. Experience amazing lakefront views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.
The master space offers a king size bed, full private access to the large outdoor patio, large master en suite with shower and jacuzzi tub, and his and hers sinks.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a second bathroom.
The kitchen features a coffee maker, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or grill. Living room has a lazy-boy sofa and loveseat and a remote control gas fireplace, wet bar and sliding glass doors to enjoy the outdoor patio and lake views. Linens are provided and a washing machine and dryer are available. Covered parking in one stall is available. Family board games and several card games provided for you to enjoy during your stay. Just bring your food and yourselves and enjoy a lake getaway!
The elevator is steps away and will take you to the heated indoor and heated outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and work out room.

*Within minutes of lake faves like: Redhead Lakeside Grill, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Wobbly Boots, Shorty Pants, Wicked Willies and Reserve 1932!

Great Short Getaway

Anniversary stay

The property was very clean, and just as listed. Ate at Pappo’s, Wobbly boots, got groceries at Dierbergs, and enjoyed a beverage on the screened in patio while watching the sunset. Would recommend to anyone. Great anniversary stay.

Perfect place to stay while at the lake

We could not have picked a better place to stay. The pool and other ammenities are very nice. The view from this 5th floor is great and so nice to enjoy from the huge patio. The condo was very clean and the covered parking was very nice!

We enjoyed staying at this condo for a weekend trip to go golfing and celebrate our anniversary. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and was located close to restaurants and golf courses. Liked the covered and reserved parking spot.

October getaway

This property was lovely. The location was close to restaurants and easy to navigate. The host was very accessible, as we did have an issue with the coffee maker, and it was resolved right away. I am sure that this complex is much busier in the summer months than it was in October so plan accordingly.

Comfortable Lake Retreat

This condo is clean, attractively decorated, and comfortable for a lake retreat. Sarah was very responsive to any issues we had and resolved them promptly. The condo is also located close to many lake restaurants and activities. We look forward to returning for another stay.

Awesome vacation

The beautifully decorated condo was the perfect place for relaxing after an exciting day of fun. The location is close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and lake activities. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the soothing sound of boats was just what I needed to escape my busy life. I will definitely be back!

Getaway to the Ozarks

We had not been to the Ozarks in 26 years. This was my husbands Father's Day gift to go back to the Ozarks. The condo was beautiful with a lovely view of the lake. The pool was pristine clean and not busy at all. This is the quietest property we have ever stayed at! We highly recommend staying here.

Long weekend getaway

This is our forth time staying in this condo. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived at 4:00 PM. This condo is beautiful inside and has a great screened in porch for viewing the lake and State Park grounds. We had great weather for our stay and look forward to the next time we come back in the spring.

Very clean and comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and very clean. The older my husband and I get, the pickier we are with where we stay. This condo exceeded our expectations and we had a great stay. We received all the information and communication we needed for a smooth check in and check out process. The back deck had a beautiful view and plenty of comfortable chairs. If we come back to this area, we’d stay here again.

Awesome condo

We were there the week of bikefest, we enjoy the lake a few days before the rally. The condo is nice and clean, well decorated, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen & comfy beds. My favorite thing about was the large screened in balcony, I spent a lot of time out there. It has a parking deck , which is nice to park your bike under(or car). Perfectly located in Osage beach. Not far from anything. It was my wife & I 2 adult kids, it fit us perfect. Plan to stay there next time.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The place was absolutely wonderful! Very nice clean place. We spent the majority of our time on the big patio with a gorgeous view of the lake or down by the huge pool overlooking the lake. The co do was stocked with everything needed. We even forgot a few things like taco seasoning and pool noodles, but those items were already stocked. It was a nice surprise and saved us an extra trip out. The owner was very quick on communications and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely be back for girls weekend next year!
