Excelente ubicación para ir a USJ, limpia, habitación amplia, elevadores suficientes. Hay lavandería, area de fumar y vending machines. Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F. Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo. Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones. Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente.

Amazing location in Kyoto and unique experience staying in a renovated elementary school! Super close to high end shopping, the river and fish market. Staff were amazing from check in to check out. I even asked them to help with a restaurant reservation - great concierge service. In the evenings, they also had a really fun trolley service, passing out an evening drink and entertainment to complete the Kyoto experience. I will definitely be back!

The room that we had was simply beautiful. We were late to check in and the staff waited for about 2 hours for us. The location is excellent and we will be staying here again for sure.
