"This property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in the middle of all the locations we wanted to visit in the Highlands/Cashiers area. We primarily stay in rental properties when we travel. With this property, the owners thought of everything so I suspect they also travel and have a travelers perspective. Bottled water in the refrigerator, several types of coffee makers, large comfortable beds, strong WiFi, menus from local restaurants, all sorts of travel size items in the bathrooms...

"I stayed at two other rental properties before this one. What a relief when I arrived here! Ana was very helpful and communicative. Everything was clean, new and upscale. And its in the Ridges resort so there is a great environment, a wonderful place to walk, safe and the all the amenities of the resort. The large tub was awesome. I slept very well. I can think of nothing negative to say about this property - and that is a first for me! Thank you for a nice stay."

We sat on the balcony with light wraps and enjoyed the candle lit lanterns in the fading twilight; prepared breakfast in the well equipped kitchen; and relaxed in the living room on cozy couches. Peaceful sleep on comfy beds in our separate bedrooms.Nearby Ingles market had everything needed for our stay."

"This was truly one of the best vrbo experiences. The unit was well equipped and there was actually sufficient kitchen resources to cook and serve a meal! "When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early."
