Welcome to our 2 BR/2BA condos located at Lumberyard Condos! All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area! (if you are looking for a discounted activity or tour of any kind, please read all the way through listing!)

While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The master has a king bed and television, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Loved the location and the Mountain View! We also enjoyed hearing the river. Every evening we had a couple of deer come thru our front yard. Great parking for our Jeep, truck & trailer.

Great property

We had a big group and most of us were able to stay at the 3 condos. It was perfect for us. We had our own place, but could easily gather outside on the lawn. The condos had everything we needed. We love Ouray and would definitely stay at this location again.

Everything you need

We had a great time at the Ice Axe condo! The location is absolutely beautiful next to the river with an easy stroll to main street. Condo was well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen had all we needed for meals, and we sat at the picnic table outside to eat. Would definitely stay again!

Great Time in Ouray

The property was very clean and well appointed for our two couples traveling thru Colorado. The apartment was located just as you arrive into Ouray and next to the river. The bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well! Easy self entry with code provided. Highly recommend!

Great location

The place was as described, except the views were even better! When we arrived, the unit was stinky, which we discovered was because there was stuff in the kitchen disposal. We ran hot water and the disposal and problem solved. The unit was comfy, cozy and dog friendly. We walked to everything, which we loved.

Overall, it was a pretty nice stay. Kitchen was stocked with seasonings and utensils. Mattresses definitely need to be replaced! Yellow color of box spring and mattress are clear signs that they’re VERY old.

Yay for Ouray

The location of this condo is ideal - walking distance to shops and restaurants, Box Canon, and the Perimeter Trail. We had been vacationing with our small travel trailer and, as advertised, there was a convenient place to part it close by. Cam, the host, was very accommodating and responded quickly. The first day was uncommonly hot, and I asked for a few extra box fans. They were delivered within an hour! Thanks for making our family getaway a success.

Stayed four nights in Ouray. Excellent location! Check in easy. Large bedrooms and nice kitchen/dining/living room area with plenty of room to cook and play games. Clean all around! Close to many hiking trails and close walk to town and to one of the various hot springs locations. We loved our stay in Ouray and in the “Crawler”! Would definitely return!
