Cindro Palace Tours

Ok so lots of things I like about this property and have stayed here before but things that need improved. Great location in the heart of Riva but on the outer edge, so parking a scooter is easy. Waterfront 2-5 mins walk. Most properties in Riva don't have elevators and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This property has an elevator but it shakes a little and needs maintenance. Never met anyone at the front desk from Prima Luce, and was able to check in with a host from the sister company Proma Life. Room was large and clean, fridge didn't work. TV remote also didn't work. There is a mini supermarket on the 1st floor and Taxi and Bus stop immediately out front. Would stay here again because of location elevator and large clean rooms and price

It was very nice stay. The host was very rwapobsive and helpful. Check in went smoothly and she advised us wherw the best parling would be. It was a good stay for us. She also allowed us early check in to drop off our luggage in the room which was very kind.

The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes. There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay).
