The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Reception is only on site until lunchtime but someone is always available on WhatsApp or by phone and the response was excellent. The location was very good, easy to get to from the airport and everything was nearby.

Unique property in a prime location (short walk to most cultural attractions, great restaurants around the corner). Made good use of the in-room hot tub. Very friendly and helpful staff :)

We had to leave the hotel early due to excessive noise. We asked reception everyday to change rooms but were told they were fully booked. On the day we were leaving with suitcases packed we were offered a room without the spa but it was too late. We had already booked at another hotel. The motorcycles and cars sound like they are in the hotel. The noise continued until 2-3 am. Our room was number 1 which faced the street. We were not offered our money back for the 4 additional days. We had booked a 7 night stay. They said if we had booked directly with the hotel they could have given our money back. We had to ask for the hotel tub and shower to be cleaned.

A comfortable stay with expensive parking!

We liked the 'extras' provided by Bed in Spa. As Brits we appreciated the coffee machine in particular. We had a jacuzzi bath and we really made the most of it. The staff are very helpful and attentive, giving advice on pl;aces to eat and to visit. Off-site parking was literally around the corner but was very expensive. Given that Palermo is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to street parking, we probably took the safest option. If you are staying in the city for a few days then a car isn't really necessary and driving is 'interesting'!

Zimmer war im Hochsommer etwas heiss. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht kühler eingestellt werden. Ansonsten alles top. Super Lage, nettes Personal.

O hotel fica no terceiro andar de um prédio, mas é muito fácil acessar com o código que enviam por whats app para o check in, que abre tanto a porta do prédio quanto da recepção do hotel. A recepção é de bom gosto e cheirosa. Durante um período limitado há uma recepcionista, simpática e atenciosa. As comodidades do quarto e do banheiro são ótimas! Cama, chuveiro.., tudo de excelente qualidade. Eu pediria apenas para não ficar no quarto localizado na recepção, pois recebe o barulho dos hóspedes entrando ou saindo e conversando com a recepcionista. A localização do hotel também é excelente e tem um ótimo café da manhã bem na frente.
