This condo is located in Splash Resort, a family-friendly, Gulf-front property that sits on a quiet stretch of the west beach in Panama City Beach. You'll be just a few steps from the white sand, opportunities to kayak and paddleboard, and great drinks and food at the on-site Riptide Snack Bar. The resort is also only three miles up the road from Pier Park's restaurants, movie theaters, and 124 stores, and Gulf World's endless family fun.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are complimentary and only seasonal.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are open but not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
