“Views-amazing 3 beds but only used 1. It was plush, perfect for me. Too soft for hubby but he likes extra firm. He didn’t go check out any of the other bed options. Temp: Host had it cranked down. There are 2 mini-splits and they handle the Texas heat just fine. I had to turn them up (very unusual). 2 restrooms but only 1 shower. Worked for 2 people, but others need to plan accordingly. Kitchen: we didn’t use it but appeared well equipped. Safety: in a gated and friendly community.……

“It’s a nice, small venue a very short drive to Palo Duro Canyon. My wife and I stayed with our 14 year old granddaughter who slept on the fold out couch bed. Owner put up with several calls that were related to the gate codes and door locking. Those could be communicated to renters more clearly. The location is very scenic and peaceful. We sat on the patio to watch the Aoudads graze. It is a very comfortable place for 2 adults and two young kids. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill arrangement and……
