“My family and I came to experience San Diego for a quick trip. The house was conveniently located within 30mins of all the major things we wanted to do/see. It was clean and had everything needed for a great trip. The property manager was quick to respond to all of my inquiries as well. Would recommend! ”

“This house was beautifully designed and built for entertainment. There was something fun for all ages. The kids really enjoyed the pool, movie theater room and arcade games. This property accommodated just about everything guests would need or could think of. There were a few things that could be improved upon, such as: 1) leave the handheld vacuum charger cord available - we couldn’t use the vacuum because the battery was dead 2) bottom of pool had some dirt/waste items 3) pool waterfall...

“As hosts, Tyler and Anna were great communicators. They reached out shortly after booking to provide some general information about their home and followed up a few days in advance of the check-in date to provide check-in instructions. They were even flexible with check-in time, which is always appreciated. Overall, the house was clean and provided ample space for our group of 7 guys between beds, couches, and air mattresses, and the 2 bathrooms. We did run into an issue with the refrigerator...

“The house was comfortable and good for kids. Not really ideal for my 2 year old who had too much access to everything, but it worked just fine. My kids enjoyed the pool and the side yard. The neighbors did not enjoy having kids next to them, so I did try to keep my kids a little quieter. We are from the country and they are not used to having to be quiet outside. ”
