Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

A Beautiful Property with Excellent Service! We stayed at the Spencer Hotel for five days while my daughter attended a camp at Western University, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. One of the biggest advantages for us was the location. It was only about a 5–7 minute peaceful drive to Western University, which allowed us to completely avoid the downtown area and much of the construction. It made getting to and from camp incredibly easy and stress-free. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Vic at reception was especially friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the other staff members we encountered were also incredibly helpful and pleasant. I unfortunately didn’t get everyone’s names, but every interaction we had with the staff was positive. We also enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and dinner at Asher’s, the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. Overall, the combination of the beautiful property, peaceful location, comfortable rooms, wonderful restaurant, and exceptional service made this a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Spencer Hotel! :::
