Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park was established to celebrate, preserve and protect the area's natural assets. Wander through and keep your eyes open for birds and other wildlife.
This nature reserve is on the to-do lists of many visitors to New Port Richey. But Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park isn't the only highlight in the area. SunCruz Port Richey Casino, Gulf View Square, and Rasmussen College New Port Richey - West Pasco Campus are some other worthwhile sights close by.
