"Very clean and new facility. I like how toilet and shower room are separate. It also has a bathtub and spot where you can wash your body along with it right next to the bathtub like a traditional Japanese residential homes"
"We stayed here one night.
It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful.
Staff spoke English on a fluent level.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful.
There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink.
We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area. "
