We rented an accessible room that the picture showed would include a shower seat, but the room we were given didn’t have that. What we got was for wheelchairs with no seat and no shower curtain. Because there was no shower curtain, the bathroom floor became slippery all over. My husband is disabled, but not in a wheelchair. He uses a cane 95% of the time, doesn’t have good balance, and easily trips, so having grab bars, a seat, and non-slip floors is crucial. He didn’t want to make a thing of it, so he dealt with it, but can out of the shower saying how slippery it was in there and felt nervous. Next time we’ll say something.
Staff was super nice and helpful all around - from the front desk to the bar to room service. Overall the place felt clean, but I’d encourage them to look into why the wall and ceiling around the room’s hvac vent looks oily and black. The view was great on the 8th floor!
