"Everything was exceptional the rooms were kind of outdated but clean we got upgraded but with 2 beds only wanted one bed in the room. The security made sure we were always ok thanks to Francis and Michael looking after us after a good bender at the bars cheers. "

The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."
