“Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside.”
