The living room’s high ceilings accommodate wide arched patio doors offering unobstructed valley views that lead down to the pool area, furnished for relaxing in the shade after a refreshing swim.

You may be drawn by the views to explore the endless marked walking, biking, and horseback riding trails across the surrounding countryside, with the Castelfalfi resort just 4.5 km away via a country road that offers access to a golf course, a spa, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Further afield, day-trippers will be inspired to visit Volterra (22 km), San Gimignano (28 km), Pisa (54 km), and Florence (70 km), while the town of Fabrica is just 10 km away.

The villa features air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi, floor heating, satellite TV, a helipad, and a pond for reusing rainwater to water the garden in the summer.

The first floor features: a large living/dining room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen decorated in a 1950s style, 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, efficient, and modern; it features an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The first floor: an indoor staircase leads from the living room on the first floor to the first floor. An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace on the first floor, which is also accessible from there. This floor has an open, loft-style layout; here you’ll find the 2 double sofa beds. Next, there is 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, with French doors opening onto the terrace. On the first floor, you can enjoy the stunning view even more!

There is a covered terrace with a table, chairs, and sofas for al fresco dining—the perfect place to enjoy summer days with the best view! You can access the covered terrace from the first floor or from the garden. You’ll also find a stone BBQ and a pizza oven.

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and is lined with green marble; it features a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

In the well-tended garden, you’ll find a Renaissance-style garden with a statue of Saint Francis at its center.

Villa Rina is located midway between Pisa, Siena, and Florence—a perfect base for day trips to cities such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa. The nearest town is Cedri, a charming little village just a few kilometers away in the municipality of Peccioli—definitely worth a visit. It is famous for its delicious olive oil, wines, vegetables, wheat, and game.

Not far from the villa is the Castelfalfi Golf Club. In addition, you’ll find several local restaurants, shops, cafes, a bank, a post office, a doctor’s office, and more nearby. Peccioli is the nearest larger town, with supermarkets and much more.
