“Everything was cute, clean and super easy!”

“Never able to enter property. Had travel delays as Interstate was shut down for hours. Arrived late. Code did not work for entry. Sach was non-responsive. He blew off all issues after the fact. Vrbo tried to help but was limited. Had to get a hotel room in the middle of the night. Bad situation all around. Would not recommend.Mike”

“Cutest setup! There’s a coffee shop literally a 30 second walk away! Neighborhood is super safe, easy drive, easy check in.”

“The home was clean and well equipped. The host was very considerate with a stocked coffee bar, plenty of towels and linens, and cleaning products. She even had chilled sodas and water for us with bottled waters at our bedsides. The home is small but perfect for our family of three. The host was always quick to respond to any messages we shared. Travel time to Indy was about 45 mins. Small town businesses in the area were convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy but met our needs……

“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

“Easy walk to and from Ruoff nice house plenty of room , clean , easy check in and out appreciate you sharing your space with us!!”

“Clean, quiet, completely as described. Communication was professional and clear. My only concern, at 4:10 we opened the doors to the cleaners. We waited outside for another 10 minutes until the house was ready.”

“The host and her family were so welcoming! Communication was amazing! I knew I could always reach out with any issues or questions. Their little farm was a huge plus for our 9-year old daughter! Will definitely stay again if in the area! ”

“I’d stay again!”

“The room was amazing but the way they had the dresser left barely any room to get between it and that side of the bed. We had to move it to allow to passage by the bed. But other than that the room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Recommend and would stay again.”

“I ended up not staying at the property, the host tried to request more payment by extending my stay. Host did this without my consent. I did not feel safe to stay at property so I never checked in”
