My stay at Megapolis was good overall. I booked two rooms, which felt a bit outdated, and one had an unpleasant mouldy smell.
After housekeeping cleaned one room, it was left without towels or water. I requested both from the front desk and a cleaner nearby, but only the towels were brought back; the water was never replenished.
Aside from these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Some room updates including better lighting would make the experience even better.

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect.
The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us.
I would stay here again in a heart beat.
It’s a must stay!

Over all stay was amazing ‼️‼️ very clean areas and very helpful staff . Breakfast had so many varieties and tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning .
