Great Family Stay!
We loved staying at Pincherry Acres for our family’s long weekend. The house is clean and had everything we needed for our family. We love the proximity to Petoskey and also to Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands for skiing. This was a return trip and we will be back again!

Excellent Up North winter getaway
We loved this renovated old farmhouse! Very comfortable and great amenities, and dog friendly! We loved the trails on the 50 acres behind the house, beautiful field and wooded property. We were so fortunate that the snow came just before we got there and were able to X-country ski on the property as well as enjoy snowboarding at Boyne and Nubs Nob. Close to Boyne City and Petoskey for restaurants. Lovely winter getaway!

Michigan Summer Vacation
The home was comfortable, clean and convenient to many places we wanted to visit. We spent time in Traverse City, Charlevoix and Petoskey. We arrived after visiting Grand Haven, Holland and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We headed to Mackinac Island and the UP after our stay. The kitchen was stocked with many basics that we were able to stay in and cook some meals. We visited the beach one day and the house had beach towels and chairs available for us to use. We also explored the trails behind the house in the morning before heading to the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house.

Lovely spot for family vacation
The home and property was charming and perfect for our family of five. Our younger two loved sleeping in the hideaway bunk beds with reading nooks. Great location to easily drive to Boyne, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Watched fireworks over the lake and had a great time exploring the nearby parks and beaches.

Peaceful Property
Thank you for a great stay. It was very cozy and relaxing place with everything we needed. They did a great job renovating and decorating the place! The backyard is a 5-star amazing little hangout/peaceful place! The firewood they provided for the fire pit was great touch; thanks so much! My only negative was the pillows lol & the one bedroom the bed was so very squeaky/loud when you moved even the slightest bit; It was an issue for me because I was sharing the room with my baby next to me in a pack n play so I was afraid to move and wake her. The pull out couch was another option but also not great (even though I know pull outs never are it's getting old). I let the property owners know my honest review and I do think they're going to take care of some of it; a long w a few other little things. Overall the place was clean and had everything else you would think to need! (Bring your own pillow of you're picky like me😂) Also it's a great location 15 minutes from Petoskey, or charlevoix, some close wineries, some beaches/lakes, and some hiking lots to do and the property is pretty too! My husband had a broken foot so we didn't really get to explore the land as much as we wanted to and our kids are pretty young but it was nice to relax out back and grill and have fires. 🔥👍

Cozy Winter Retreat
We wanted to get away from the city and enjoy the slopes and the home was perfectly located to everything. The house was so beautifully remodeled and felt like a cozy farmhouse. We explored the trails with our Mini Aussie and enjoyed cooking and sipping wine in the evenings. We will definitely be back in the summer! Highly recommended!

beautiful house- best Vrbo I ever stayed at.
It's a stunning farmhouse renovation! very tasteful. Plenty of space for us 3 +1 ( small dog, who struggled with the open staircase). Little den was perfect for my daughter who had to work remote, internet was sufficient. We have been in the area before, so we knew our way around . A nature lover's dream. Plenty of walking, skiing, snowshoeing trails close by. Recommended for all seasons. The kitchen has all the necessities. Five stars all around!
