From the peace of your private balcony you can witness Arizona’s breathtaking sunsets and then drink in the sparkling downtown skyline. One dog of 25 lbs or less allowed with permission. There will be a pet fee of $300 plus an additional refundable deposit of $300. Take the elevator up to your 10th floor spacious and stylish mid century modern 1 bedroom condo with a full, updated kitchen and bath and marble tile floors. You will be safe here as there is staff on duty and private coded entry to the building. Equipped with Wi-Fi a 58” big screen Smart TV with cable and access to your own favorites like Netflix & Hulu. Bedroom features a comfy King bed. Access to gym, conference room, laundry room, and elevated outdoor pool at the third floor. Friendly door person in lobby from 8am to 8pm every day You can be your own chef in the stocked kitchen or walk a block to CIBO or The Vig Fillmore and let someone else do the cooking. You are only a half mile from the light rail that can bring you to the convention center, Tempe and many other stops along the route. A quick 10 minute drive from Sky Harbor Int’l Airport too. Uber & Lyft are also convenient. You are just minutes to the convention center, ASU downtown campus, and the Phoenix Art Museum, to name just a few. Take an early stroll to an award winning coffee house, get your afternoon spring training game on at Chase Field and top the evening off with an art walk or gallery tour . Perfectly located close to several wine bars, global restaurants art galleries, and nightclubs, The Crescent Ballroom and The Van Buren are less than half a mile away if you want to check out a concert!
