"Our stay at Bidwell House exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and quaint. The Inn offered many niceties from complementary afternoon sherry, coffee and tea available anytime, well maintained grounds with plenty of spots to sit down and relax. Breakfast was delicious! Homemade and different every morning. "

"Very peaceful and relaxing property with sounds of the creek audible from deck. Host was very responsive in addressing questions and providing helpful information. Very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. "
"The grounds were beautiful! We loved the waterfall and stream! There were wild blackberries along the trail to the waterfall. The owner was friendly and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay due to car trouble. There are several cool projects he's working on. We would definitely stay here again. "

Fascinating volcanic rocks suggest an enormous debris avalanche shook the area just a few centuries ago. Swim in the lake and hike around the mountains.
