"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"Excellent service. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were serviced immaculately each day. Great attention to every detail Air con in room was faulty but was sorted out after a bit of a delay. I would be nicer to have a larger lounge area as there is limited relaxing space for such a sizeable and busy hotel "
