"Trouble connecting with staff - heating/air not working, kitchen sink leaking. Emails/texts on Expedia and WhatsApp not returned. Beautiful room though and premises - modern with all you need - breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Was there off season just as the area is readying for Spring. Will conclude that the communication issues were due to the early season timing. "

"This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent.
My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor.
With that said I could go back to the hotel"

"I would not rate this property 4 stars. The ‘all inclusive’ was very limited. The dining area is very small with only a few choices at meal times. The walk to the beach was unpleasant. The hotel is on a noisy main road. I think the pictures are not a realistic reflection of how the hotel looks"
