When we first arrived to our room, the AC is off and it was 105+ degrees outside. It took approximately 2 hours for the room to cool down. The elevators are dirty and you have to wait a while for them to get to your floor. There’s water puddles in the elevator and smears all on the walls. The beds are full size beds or smaller and the carpet is wonky. We were unable to open the slider door without practically breaking it open. The patio area was dirty with dried up leaves and bird poop on the railing and floor. While putting our items away, we noticed a large roach in the closet. We called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to take care of it. An employee came into our room, grabbed the roach, and left. No follow up, no apology. We called the front desk again for towels and they never brought them up. We called again for a 2nd time after 2 hours and they finally brought the towels. Family was staying in the new building and their rooms, lobby and overall EVERYTHING was better than ours and we paid almost double for the same amount of days.
