"We always enjoy the stay at the Grand Hotel Tijuana! Starting from the reception staff with the welcoming warm from Victor Navarrete and the front desk to the Grand Club in the 32 floor with the pleasure to be attended by Jorge, he is always about and beyond with a great hospitality and service. Kudos to the whole staff at Grand Hotel and we suggest to the owner of this lovely hotel that please get to the next level installing a electric vehicle charging station to complete the amazing experience and convenience of the guests! Thank you for all the wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it to everyone. We will come back soon to keep enjoying this beautiful hotel and amenities. Thank you 🙏"
