"Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and well-trained. The pool was huge, and the drinks were good. The food, however, could definitely be improved. There weren’t a lot of activities to do, but that’s somewhat expected since it’s an adults-only resort. For an all-inclusive, though, I don’t think their system is very convenient. At other properties, you can simply show your bracelet to get food and drinks. The biggest downside here was having to scan the bracelet every single time I wanted a drink or food. Another thing that took away from the experience was how pushy some of the staff were about tips. I understand tipping is appreciated, but after already paying so much for an all-inclusive vacation, constantly feeling pressured to tip was frustrating. Overall, I still had a great time, but there are definitely a few areas where the resort could improve."

"It was great id stay again room AC is amazing! Pools were a little to warm but we made the best of it! Bar tenders at Margartia Bar were AMAZING! All Bell boys were amazing with getting us safe transportation to town daily!"

"Not a five star, but really an amazing place in the jungle. Slower pace, excellent friendly staff! Clean rooms and plenty of food choices! Dont be afraid to venture to the local Mismaloya beach for a local meal, drinks, massage, rent a panga and go to another beach! You wont regret it! Its truly a hidden gem!!"
