Mexican Riviera Mountain Vacations and Getaways

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Will definitely book another trip with my kids. My only complaint was the Quivira steak house was very confusing. And when you ordered drinks they serve the wrong ones and then charge you extra thinking we won’t catch it. Will not be returning to that restaurant. Loved the main pool. Roberto was amazing. When we got our seat for the day at the pool we always made sure we sat in his section. He was doing laps around all the younger guys. When we book another trip we would love to see his smiling face again. And Jose our cart driver was amazing he went up and beyond for us when we had to make an unexpected room change.

Beautiful stay

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor
