We had ants in the room and had to move to other rooms. The air conditioner was not working . There was a red stain on the floor in one of the rooms. House keeping tried but could not keep up with cleaning all of the rooms. The elevator broke. The ones that worked were slow. The front door broke. The valets for parking were never around.
