“Vinny, the host, informed us of an unexpected repair issue at this property prior to check in. He offered us to stay at his other VRBO property next door (a log cabin). We were thrilled with the upgrade. We didn't see this "Peaceful Nest" property (camping trailer) so this 5-star review is for the log cabin. Vinny was easy to get a hold of, very responsive and the cabin was immaculate. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Be sure to inquire about internet service if that is important to you.”

“Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either.
