“Great two night getaway. First night we dined at the onsite restaurant. Very good. Only a 15 minute ride to Meredith. Walter’s Basin was a quick walk for dinner on our second night. We took a pontoon cruise around Squam Lake. Definitely recommend this! Even better if you watch On Golden Pond before you take the cruise. Our room (The Winnipesaukee) was cozy but had ample storage space. There was a refrigerator and 24 hour coffee outside our room. Fresh baked cookies were put out in the afternoon.……

“Felt like home. They do a great job offering events and music on 5he property. We had a tacos and tequila night. The beach just across the street is very accommodating with plenty 9f swim and boat gear. Great firepits for the campers to hang around and made good friends. The cabins are great but could use some updating and a little more cooking staples. Newer owners will probably remedy as they are always looking to improve.”

“As far as lake living goes, this was a nice property within walking distance of a nice, clean lake. This is a no-frills suite with a college fridge and microwave, not really a kitchen. The property was nicely maintained and the staff and other guests were very friendly.”
