LOCATION:
Situated on a quiet corner boarding Seaside Heights & Seaside Park, Clocktower Condominiums offers it all. Our building is 2 blocks from the beach allowing you to relax and enjoy the warm summer sun. Each unit is provided beach chairs and passes to grant you access to the beach. Along the beach, is the infamous boardwalk with plenty of games, min golf, rides & other activities for both kids and adults to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Clocktower Condominiums is also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants: most within walking distance.

THE BUILDING:
Our building caters exclusively to families and adult groups – no prom/young adult groups are permitted. We pride ourselves in keeping each unit and common areas in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. The building is fully secure with underground, gated parking and commercial elevator with access to each floor. Each unit is provided 2 spaces in the garage. Our rooftop offers a perfect place to enjoy the sun & take a dip in our roof top salt water pool. We also have a common space, right off the pool area, where you can play ping pong, do a puzzle, play some board games or just enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

THE UNIT:
This unit is fully furnished with granite/marble kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, HVAC, and multiple terraces off the living room, master bedroom & upstairs bedroom. The Master Bedroom has two Queen Beds & a private, full bathroom. The Second Bedroom has two Queen Beds & is directly next to the full, hallway bathroom. Upstairs offers another big bedroom with two Queen Beds, living area & 1/2 Bath. The unit offers direct access to pool deck and has its own washer & dryer off the kitchen area. We provide Cable TVs in the Living Room and Upstairs Bedroom along with Wifi connectivity.

Perfect Getaway
First and foremost Kristin, the host, is just wonderful! She is very welcoming and informative! She suggested restaurants and activities for our group to try! The unit itself is very well kept and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would need such as linens, towels, kitchen tools, etc. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. This saves so much room when you’re packing! The Clocktower’s proximity to everything was one of the best features! Just a short walk would get you to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. May I also add that we felt extremely safe as you get a personalized code to enter every door into the building. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back to stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I’m sorry to say the place was dirty. I actually had to clean out drawers in the kitchen. The waste paper baskets were filthy. I tried to scrub the toilets in my room. Gross….. I feel bad saying this because the owners were so nice. They need to hire a good cleaning company.

this is our second time staying here. We love the location, the 2-story layout, the rooftop pool, balconies, 2 garage spaces, and touchpad locks (no keys to lose). What a treat to watch the fireworks from the roof! Kristen is a great host and responds quickly to texts. We hope to rebook next year (if my work vacation is approved...)

As soon as we arrived the property owner, Kristen opened the gated garage under the building and we parked in both assigned spaces. We then used the supplied carts to unload and used the elevator to easily transport everything to the second floor where our unit was. The unit was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated. The ac was very comfortably set and worked extremely well throughout the entire 2 story unit. The rooms were all nicely sized and beds were very comfortable and nicely made up with lots of pillows and quilts. The bathrooms were modern and there was plenty of hot water even after several showers. The second floor had direct access to the rooftop pool which was very convenient. The rental included plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a good 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk so we brought a wagon to transport everything to the beach which worked great. Kristen and her family are awesome hosts and although we had no major issues she went out of her way to rectify even the smallest issue. I would definitely rent again.

I love this place. It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed and it’s really perfect. We stayed on a ladies get together. There were 12 of us and we had enough room for everyone with 4 balconies a nice size living room/ kitchen combo. Walking distance to beach and bars was perfect and there’s a pool on the roof top. There’s parking in the garage for 2 cars and more free parking right in front. The owner provides so many amenities and really thinks of everything. I would stay here again and again.

The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. We were a group of 12. 5 adults at one point and 6 kids and we were not on top of each other -had plenty of space. The game room and pool was an awesome break for the kids from beach days and in between. The owners are on location-so nice and helpful. A family establishment where you feel safe, know there will not be any strangers in the building-cars are safe. They have carts to bring all of your stuff up and down and an elevator. Everything is convenient and simple. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was close enough and far enough to avoid the noise of the busy strip. We used a beach cart which was helpful to carry all of our stuff. The place is beautiful and we would definitely stay again.

Host was very communicative, accommodating, available and pleasant throughout our stay. The place was clean and spacious yet cozy. There were 8 of us from 4 different states ranging in age from 12-87. There was always something to do in walking distance (can't beat a 2 block walk to the beach). Perfect spot to spend time with the family. Plenty of room for all of us to have space and enjoy time together. The game room and pool were the perfect fun zone. This property was everything we were looking for. Kristen was an exceptional host who greeted us right away and gave us all the information we needed about the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. The dunk pool was right outside our door and was immaculate. Property manager Kristen friendly and helpful. Unit was clean, had multiple balconies, plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Lots of storage space for personal items, huge kitchen pantry. One bedroom a little cramped but still quite comfortable. A/C worked well and was quiet. Rooftop pool very clean, with lots of lounge chairs. Kids loved the ping-pong table. Garage convenient, lots of beach chairs. We've been coming to Seaside for years, this is the first time we've stayed west of Central Ave-- the walk to the beach was shorter than I expected, and this is the first year I took the opportunity to walk to the bay beach to watch the beautiful sunsets.

Family owned and operated...couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The apartment is well equipped and clean. They've thought of everything including carts from the enclosed garage to transport belongings. Location is away from the busyness of the beach area but close enough to walk. Chairs and umbrellas in cabinet in garage. Full closet of towels. The pool is better than pictured and has lounges, floats, balls and basketball. Beautiful views. Fit our 3 generation family of 10 with upstairs a nice place for baby to nap away from the noise of the others. Did I mention the nice large elevator? PERFECTION!

We had a great week long stay. The property manager is extremely friendly, flexible and accommodating. The location was perfect for easy and close access to the boardwalk/beach but still in a quiet area. The rooftop pool was an awesome feature. We had a variety of people — family and teenage friends- all were beyond satisfied. Would happily stay here again.
